Comment:  Pi phi's never even acknowledge each other in public. They will both be wearing letters and they don't even smile at each other. They never hang out and all the pi phis I know are considering dropping. Very under established and still have a lot of work to do. Also they have only had one function so far and they don't have a house so I don't know what they are paying for.
