Comment:  Went to one of their rush events. Overall, these guys are O.K. Some guys kept to themselves or to there ZBT brothers. They should work on reaching out to all the potential members. I don't think they are bottom tier, but I definitely don't think they are TOP. They seem to be having fun within the group, but other than that I don't see how they distinguish themselves from other CSUN fraternities. Even though I have friends in ZBT, I didn't really get their vibe. Some decent men, but some strange.
