Comment:  They are new, so their low ranking is explained by that. They truly are great girls, and have a huge mix of girls. Not dominated by hot girls, not dominated by less attractive girls. They really do have a great mix, and their philanthropy is really something to love. They have so much pride in their chapter for all the right reasons and I love it. Their house is also new. I have yet to visit, but the pictures I have seen look great. They're definitely growing to upper-middle tier.
