Comment:  I hate to admit they are top tier. They are really only there for their looks. A sorority girl should be an all around good/nice person, but these girls are definitely not. I watched them lie to PNM's at the Greek Carnival about recruitment to deter less attractive girls. They have a really nice house though. Guys love them. They compete with theta for the top spot, but I definitely think Theta has the whole package while Pi Phi is more interested in looking like they have it all.
