Comment:  These guys have been steadily improving for the past few years, but until they can improve their housing situation (not likely considering their shack is brand new) they're likely to plateau. They distanced themselves from pi Kapp and lambda chi and were right on phi psi's coattail, but now that phi psi is moving to a better house and Pi Kapp is taking their place, they'll probably get left behind.
