Comment:  No lies, phi mu used to be lacking on the ranking for good reasons a few years back but I don't see any reason why they should be now. They have a group of pretty girls, who have a social life (whether you hear about it or not) and on top of that they do get involved on campus throughout the year. They seem like they have been really trying to rise up and they seem to be doing a pretty good job with that.
