Comment:  Kappa delta is ranked as low as it is because of the genuine distrust and hatred amongst the girls in the sorority. The rules are ridiculous and their campus involvement isn't anywhere close to what it was. Their newest pledge class was filled with a bunch of random girls that they needed to give bids to boost their GPA. Calling them well rounded is an understatement and calling them top tier is just false.
