Comment:   Look bottom line is that there are 2 top tiers at MIT - Alpha Phi and Theta. Out of the 2 as a guy I would say Theta is just classier and the girls seem to actually like each other. They have a strong presence on campus and exist for reasons that go beyond social stuff and partying. Both Alpha Phi and Theta have some girls that are hot and others not. That is the way it works at MIT.
