Comment:  I went to a couple delt house parties this summer and noticed most of the girls there were zetas, tri-delts and aopi. There must be a reason top tier girls date these guys, so obvious the previous trolls are jealous haters. Best fraternity to game day. Location. Location. Location. Heard house was totally renovated and can't wait to check it out. Definitely In top of middle tier or lower end of top tier fraternity. Fun classy guys.
