Comment:  I've encountered many of these girls and if you're not a fraternity guy or a part of their organization, then they are rude to you. There are a few that are nice and very philanthropic, but the rest will completely ignore you. They always try to bend the rules so they can benefit as much as possible. To them, its all about them and no one else. Also, don't tell them if you like any guy, once they know, they will be all over him like white on rice.
