Comment:  Kappa's been top for a long time and like gphi, i don't think that's going to change for awhile yet, though some chapters are starting to see them unfavorably. Here's how kappa works: if kappa likes you, they're the sweetest and most caring/fun people on the planet. If kappa doesn't like you, they typically don't give you the time of day and usually people can tell when a kappa doesn't care for them. If that makes sense.
