Comment:  Honestly this house is a more GDI version of DU minus the grades, house, and social life. They aren't very involved on campus, have very sub-par parties and aren't so hot with the ladies. They just bought a new house but it was Chi Phi's old one. Still irrelevant and I don't see that changing anytime soon. GDI to the max
