Comment:  Phi Delt is a great fraternity that enjoys doing their own thing. Members seem to enjoy being a part of it, and there is a great sense of brotherhood (at least from an outside perspective). There are a handful of members that I am not a fan of, although for the most part, they recruit fun, quirky people.
