Comment:  While this chapter is still classified as "bottom tier" (by the purely superficial standards of this site) they truly have come a long way. Look at the pledge classes over the years and you will see better looking girls with more outgoing personalities. Everyone holds such contempt for this chapter, just because they were new, and any malicious remarks come from other's insecurity within their own group. Everyone is great in their own way!
