Comment:  Not a top tier. On campus Theta is typically referred to as a joke. Nice girls, mostly strange though. Certainly not your "typical" sorority girls. Since they can't drop anyone at rush they mostly get the leftovers. Really awesome national philanthropy, sadly this chapter doesn't seem to be overly involved.
