Comment:  They're top of the middle tier. They have a really dope house, but they don't take care of it very well. They have one of the toughest pledgeships on campus, but they are tight knit for it. As far as fratting out goes, they're probably the best bang for the buck. Honestly, they themselves are really the only thing holding themselves back from being better, but they seem to keep going down hill.
