Comment:  I have numerous friends in Sig Ep, and will attest that they're some great guys. However, I'm very glad I'm not a member of Sig Ep. They function as more of a social club than a fraternity, having no pledging process to garner commitment and build an understanding of what Greek Life is about. Their Balanced Man program is a strength, and those who take it seriously stick out from the rest. The size of Sig Ep helps with campus involvement but leads to cliques and hinders their brotherhood.
