Comment:  These guys haven't done anything particularly weird in recent years to damage their reputation, but they really need to focus on rushing more people. Their house can hold a chapter way bigger than what they have now and until they grow they'll only ever be a decent spot to party. Other than that, if you're gonna go bottom tier for money reasons or because you want a smaller chapter or whatever, this seems like the best option.
