Comment:  Generously pi phi now rounds out the top tier, with dphie and aephi solidly always at the top. Pi phi has built their reputation around being above average all-around. Though there is a mix of average and really hot girls, they are all pretty intelligent and are people you would hang out with sober. Their relationship with zete and fiji has also helped with their rank as those frats have gotten stronger. Super involved and socially relevant. Not dphie, but I don't think they're trying to be
