Comment:  The only people who think Theta is a top house, or that you should marry one, are the Thetas. What on earth makes this chapter better than KD, AXO or Phi Mu? Their grades are slightly better as whole--that doesn't mean other chapters don't have smart women. The others are better looking, just as involved and NICE. They have better sisterhoods and are less intense and catty than theta. The facade is fading at Theta.
