Comment:  If you hear bad things about phi Sig its probably a phi mu, which should give you a glimpse of what they're all about. Phi Sig is the chillest sorority on campus. If it seems like they don't talk to non affiliated ppl (even though they do!) its because they really do have an awesome sisterhood and actually love eachother
