Comment:  They will be the most improved house of the year. I heard the brothers have remodeled the house themselves and made a pretty kick ass frat bench. They've made a lot advances in being social, I think they have a social and serenade planned with every sorority if not most of them. It appears that they have been getting a lot of interest during rush also. Keep your ears open, these guys will be heard about a lot.
