Comment:  Probably tied with Sig Chi for top house but Theta chose to go to Homecoming with Beta over Sig Chi. Very superficial. Mostly wealthy and attractive private school kids. Exclusively mixes with the top tier sororities and can be really douchey to girls who aren't in "top" sororities
