Comment:  I was surprised with Pi Phi at rush this year. These girls seemed to have a great sisterhood and you could tell that by the way they genuinely like and care about each other. They do like to have a lot of fun.. but we're in college! I wouldn't call them top tier because they are still new, but they seem to be a great chapter!
