Comment:  Okay if you asked me four years ago what i thought about phi sig it would be different than now. four years ago they weren't really good looking at all, they were kinda rude and no one really wanted to socialize with them...but they still had a good sisterhood. I truly believe that they all really know eacohther rather than some houses. but now, i will admit phi sig was in my top 3; the newer PC's are literally gorgeous and still really genuine... so really, go phi sig.
