Comment:  I like theta a lot. like their twin, AOII, they are actually objectively better than several of the old row sororities. they are really like an AOII but with more of an OOS vibe. So they are a sweet nice and pretty sorority -- just like AOII -- except AOII is more "Southern" and Theta is more "Midwest" feeling to me. Southern Belle or Chicago Girl -- its all good.
