Comment:  They get a lot of hate because they raised the bar of the accreditation process during their over-achieving quest to get a house. During my freshman fall I often found myself at Phi Delt because their parties would go on for the longest and would also be the best managed. The brotherhood is friendly and diverse but I ended up fitting in better with a different fraternity.
