Comment:  These previous reviews might be misleading. Phi Delt is not the most upper tier frat but it is also miles above from the bottom. There are far more worse frats on campus (wont mention names) and these guys are simply newer. There are some strange/awkward upperclassmen but judging from the new pledge class, things seem to be looking up for these guys.
