Comment:  They are still "top tier" but have PLUMMETED in recent years in terms of looks. They used to have the hottest girls on campus but especially with their last 2 or 3 pledge classes it has gone way down hill. Not to say there aren't still many good looking typical zetas but it is nothing like how it was in years past. A lot of girls are choosing places like KD, DDD, ADPI even AOPII over Zeta now too because the prestige just isn't there anymore and the sisterhood notoriously is lacking.
