Comment:  I think that as a new chapter, Chi O is getting there. They do have great sisterhood, from what I can tell and there doesn't seem to be infighting. The person below bashing on them probably got dropped or quit because they weren't material enough in the first place - that's true for any sorority. Very involved in campus, you can always see them doing something. As a member of another sorority on campus I can say that they are overall super nice and very friendly to others in panhel.
