Comment:  Out of all the fraternities I've been to, Delt has the creepiest guys. They struggle to have parties, and when they do they aren't fun and girls usually leave and go to other houses. Their past few pledge classes have been very subpar and it's like they just give bids to fill in numbers. Also, most of their parties are closed and only certain people/fraternities/sororities are allowed to go which I think is ridiculous. 5 years ago they were easily the best house, but they're slowly dying off.
