Comment:  Pi Kapp has a lot of potential that they aren't living up to. They are very nice and classy and have a great house, but somehow remain hidden. Some guys are awkward, but I think recruitment is improving. They could be top tier if they were a little more involved on campus and had more parties. Overall a decent fraternity.
