Comment:  The phi psi's at brandeis are by far the best when compared all the other frats. Most guys dress preppy (vineyard vines, brook brothers, jcrew etc.). They seem to like each other - which sometimes is bad cause they only hang out with each other. best parties and let's everyone into them - EVEN other guys of different frats.
