Comment:  historically, gamma phi is top tier, but they sure as hell aren't top tier anymore. and far from being top tier again especially with their last pledge class. they like to assume that just because they have gorgeous ALUMS from the years of 2005-2012 it still makes them top tier. their last batch of pretty girls are graduating this year/next year so i can safely say that gphi will be middle tier soon.
