Comment:  Yeah, they've been bottom tier in the past, but I would actually put them above KD now. They seem to hold their members to a higher standard. You rarely ever hear of a Theta doing anything bad. They excel at academics, their philanthropy is so-so, and they've been getting a lot better socially. I can tell they've come a long way as a chapter.
