Comment:  Going off of what Sorority Scoop said, KD isn't only run down in comparison to AGD, but now Theta, too. Both AGD and Theta have gotten interior remodels recently, and KD is still living in the stone ages. KD was top/middle tier once upon a time, but they're falling behind now a days. The only thing they really excel in is philanthropy.
