Comment:  First of all, their house is far away from fraternity row and very small, as in I've seen larger bottom tier houses. Second of all, they will bid anyone, including people who are creepy enough to threaten the integrity of their brotherhood. Third, they really define themselves by their past reputation, especially Matthew McConaughey being an alum of the chapter, and also by their rivlary with Sigma Chi, which is objectively doing way better than them. These things are causing Delt to fall fast.
