Comment:  ΘΧ is a great example of a UF fraternity. Socially they're quite fun. No one leaves disappointed from a ΘΧ party. They're house alone definitely produces a sense of sophistication and properness on Fraternity Drive. It is quite the eye catcher for young ambitious rushees. The brothers stay close with one another knowing that even though they may not be the very best, they make it up in strong brotherhood, great parties, and a good reputation. Everyone ends up attending a ΘΧ event at some point.
