Comment:  Honestly, yes their new house isnt the greatest. But they have the closest brotherhood of any fraternity on campus. Every single party I goto has been absolutely amazing. What shocked me was how well they treat every girl at their parties. I.E. making sure they get home safe. Keep up the good work!
