Comment:  A group of good guys, real strong brotherhood. They throw parties and many mixers but most are not at their house but at clubs or other venues. A good Top Middle tier house. Their Philanthropy Phi Delt Puppies is always fun!!! Their parties like ski lodge were real good too!
