Comment:  All of the comments regarding Chi O "dirty rushing" are without merit. There were no complaints about Chi O dirty rushing last year. There were numerous complaints about Kappa dirty rushing last year but it seems it backfired on them. Chi O had issues with stepping over the door threshold alone, probably due to the way the front of the house is shaped. Other than that there were no recruitment violations.
