Comment:  Phi Delt is just not good here. They have about 50 members and mostly just take the guys that KOT & SAE neg during rush. They have no presence on campus and do nothing for the school. They also hang out with low tier AXOs and have some kind of bottom barrel rivalry with Sigep.
