Comment:  Okay so someone was clearly trying to screw phi mu over by ranking a lot of other chapters really low recently, then putting a lot of really good ranks on this page right after. Girls in phi mu wouldn't be dumb enough to do something that obvious. All around this chapter is pretty average, nothing bad to say but nothing exceptionally great about them either. Have been improving though.
