Comment:  There's not too much I can say about Kappa Delta, which is probably a positive thing. I only know a handful of girls and most of my guy friends don't think anything good or bad about them. They don't socialize with the top frats often, if at all. Last I knew, they were really close with Sigma Pi but maybe they've moved up a little since then. Not big on parties or socials, definitely don't see them out at the bars in numbers. Kind of blah... apparently they have a solid sisterhood, though.
