Comment:  Theta Chi is one of the best fraternities at AppState. Most of the brothers are genuinely wonderful people that are willing to do anything in the world for people who need help. They are supportive of each other and have a great brotherhood. The parties can be hit or miss, but they are ALWAYS down to rage! I have nothing but great things to say about them.
