Comment:  What can I say today about joining a lower tier fraternity at Mizzou? Best to wait a semester, get good grades and try again at a better house. With new rules at Mizzou and most students in dorms/apts you limit your social life in sub fr,at like Deltas. Lots of new apartments if new construction is what you are looking for.
