Comment:  DU suffers from it's past reputation and with greek life built on history, it take generations to get out of lower tier. So what do they do to change this? A new house is only marketing tool they have but will take a decade or more of positive changes to get rid of the past. New construction is okay but brotherhood here is just a tad better than a bad dorm. Mediocre grades and it gets members who can't make the cut for the better fraternities
