Comment:  This is a bottom ranking house, they are trying to be so much more than they are. They party to hard and get drunk so quick, it is surprising they are still at CSUN. Hosting parties not approved by the universities, it is falling apart at the seams. Be warned, starting out it is great but as time goes on you will feel like you are starting to drift into a sea of stereotypes. Nothing like how they appeared on the rush floor. Alot of the girls are very fake and thirsty, embarrassing with frats.
