Comment:  It's kind of frustrating because these ladies are really great but they should bump their social skills up a notch, when I went through recruitment they seemed a bit hard to hold a conversation with, while a handful were really outgoing. I know some wonderful Theta's from other universities who are very out going. However this last year I did see them make a great effort and they did wonderful at their philanthropy, keep moving forward ladies! :)
