Comment:  Beta has admittedly gone downhill. Most people don't consider them eligible for top tier status anymore. But the only reason beta gets so much hate on this website is because Delt and Sigma Chi desperately want to knock them down a peg so that they can take Betas place and finally climb out of the middle tier. Beta is still solidly top 5, and though they may not have a house or the best parties, they still have quality guys
